In the winter of 2026/27, Ischgl will once again become a colorful LEGO adventure world, with extraordinary highlights awaiting families, winter sports fans and LEGO enthusiasts, ranging from magical Harry Potter snow sculptures to a life-size McLaren P1 and creative hands-on activities.

When colorful LEGO bricks meet snow-covered mountain peaks, winter magic returns to Ischgl. From the end of November 2026 to the beginning of April 2027, the Silvretta Arena Ischgl/Samnaun will transform into a high-alpine LEGO adventure world for the fourth time. The successful collaboration between LEGO GmbH, the Paznaun-Ischgl Tourism Association, and Silvrettaseilbahn AG will once again bring numerous attractions to the Tyrolean mountains this season.

A special highlight awaits visitors from January 10th to 15th, 2027: At the "Shapes in White" snow sculpture competition, 20 international artists will create ten impressive snow sculptures under the theme "Harry Potter." Inspired by LEGO Harry Potter and the new HBO Original series, imaginative figures and scenes will emerge right in the heart of the ski resort. From January 16th, winter sports enthusiasts can discover the finished sculptures via the Flimjochbahn or Idjochbahn lifts. The artworks are accessible only by skis or snowboard.

Even tech enthusiasts will find something to enjoy: On the Idalp at an altitude of 2,320 meters, a life-size McLaren P1 made from 342,817 LEGO Technic elements is sure to amaze. A total of 23 specialists invested 8,344 hours of work in this extraordinary model of the supercar. Those who want to get creative themselves will find what the organizers claim is the world's highest-altitude LEGO fan exhibition at the Pardorama mountain restaurant. In addition to impressive models from the LEGO community, rotating building activities invite visitors to participate. The exhibition is accessible with a pedestrian ticket, even without ski equipment.

Two specially designed cable car cabins provide additional eye-catching features: LEGO Star Wars and LEGO Technic characters glide through the winter mountain landscape on the Silvretta cable car and the 3-S Pardatschgrat cable car this season. Families can also use the free Ischgl Explorer Pass to search for hidden LEGO figures and secure a small surprise after successfully completing the puzzle tour. "The LEGO brand is already in its fourth winter as a strong partner of Ischgl," emphasizes Alexander von der Thannen, President of the Paznaun-Ischgl Tourism Association. The collaboration aims to further strengthen the international appeal of the destination and offer guests unique holiday experiences.

This means that Ischgl will continue to combine alpine winter sports with creativity, technology, and family entertainment in the winter of 2026/27 – demonstrating that winter holidays are about much more than just skiing. Further information is available at [website address]. paznaun-ischgl.com.
