The Freeride World Tour by Peak Performance (FWT) is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with HEAD, a global leader in ski innovation and performance.

Starting with the 2026 season, HEAD will become the official supplier of the FWT and provide skis, ski boots, and poles for the staff at all Pro Tour stops. Also part of the collaboration is TYROLIA, the binding brand of the HEAD Group, whose products will be used in all relevant processes and event activations. The agreement is valid for three seasons – from 2026 to 2028. HEAD | TYROLIA will play a leading role in all aspects of the organization and execution of the tour.

In addition to the six pro events per season, HEAD and TYROLIA HEAD will also be represented at the historic first FIS Freeride World Championships in 2026 in Andorra. This event marks a new chapter in the development of competitive freeriding and strengthens the international profile of the discipline under the umbrella of the FIS (International Ski and Snowboard Federation). HEAD brings its long-standing expertise in cutting-edge technology and top performance to the Freeride World Tour, as the brand stands for skis that are both high-performance and versatile – crucial for the demanding and unpredictable terrain of freeriding. TYROLIA, in turn, looks back on a long history of developing reliable and safe bindings.

Several FWT athletes already rely on HEAD skis, including Jenna Keller (SUI), Abel Moga (ESP), Lena Kohler (GER), and Carl Regnér Eriksson (SWE). Former top FWT skiers such as Hedvig Wessel (NOR, 2024 FWT Champion) and Jess Hotter (NZL, 2022 FWT Champion) also rely on HEAD. Through close collaboration with athletes, HEAD continuously optimizes its products for the demands of elite sport.

Beyond the competition, the partnership underlines HEAD's commitment to the freeride community. By equipping the FWT team with high-performance skis, boots, poles, and TYROLIA bindings, the tour's operations team also receives the same technical support as the athletes. Whether for course inspections, coordinating mountain safety, or live productions in remote alpine regions, the right equipment is crucial, and HEAD will now become an integral part of this foundation.

FWT and HEAD share a common commitment to excellence, progress, and respect for the mountains. This partnership unites vision and values and will help shape the future of competitive freeriding worldwide.
