Every year, the best skiers in the world travel to the most legendary sports city in the Alps to face the challenge of Kitzbühel at the Hahnenkamm races. With the SuperG on Friday, the Hahnenkamm downhill on Saturday and the slalom on Sunday, the spectacular ski race will take place for the 85th time in 2025.

When the first Hahnenkamm race was held in Kitzbühel in 1931, nobody could have imagined that this would lay the foundation for one of the world's largest winter sports events. Over the decades, both the downhill race on the Streif and the slalom on the Ganslern slope have become classics in the Ski World Cup. For many athletes, a victory on one of the two traditional slopes is synonymous with an Olympic victory.
This year, the Hahnenkamm races are taking place for the 85th time. The race week lasts from 20 to 26 January 2025 and offers the first highlight with the downhill training on 20 January 2025. Admission to the training is free. Things get really serious on 24 January when the Super-G starts on the Streif. The classic, the Hahnenkamm downhill, follows on Saturday, 25 January and on 26 January the legendary slalom takes place on the Ganslernhang. The complete program is available at www.kitzbuehel.com
