The view of the "Schwabenbergarena" shows part of the small but fine ski area, which is very well groomed from mid-December to mid-March. The natural snow areas of Seeberg and Aflenzer Bürgeralm are also nearby. The cross-country ski trail practically goes "behind the house". The numerous ski tours in a largely avalanche-safe environment and beautiful walking paths to nearby huts and snack stations are also very popular. The extensive facilities and the reasonable price have ensured satisfied customers for 15 years, who are happy to come back, of course also in summer.
