Holidays in the most beautiful places in Austria: AlpenParks, based in Zell am See, is one of the leading full-service partners for holiday properties in the Austrian Alps. A special focus is placed on sustainability and preservation of existing buildings, because instead of new buildings, AlpenParks increasingly relies on the acquisition and further development of existing houses in order to preserve alpine character and conserve resources.

Today, the AlpenParks portfolio comprises 18 resorts in exceptional locations in Austria's most renowned holiday regions: Zell am See-Kaprun, Saalbach, Hochkönig, Viehhofen, Matrei in East Tyrol, Bad Hofgastein, Altaussee, Seefeld in Tyrol, Mariapfarr in Lungau, Warth-Schröcken am Arlberg, Kirchberg in Tyrol, and St. Johann im Pongau. These locations impress with modern design, exceptional wellness experiences, and first-class service.
Tailor-made holiday concepts in prime locations

Location is crucial – and AlpenParks knows this perfectly. All of its holiday properties are situated in prime destinations in the heart of the Alps. The company is always open to new properties and the acquisition of existing businesses. A current example is the AlpenParks Hotel & Apartment Taxacher in Kirchberg in Tirol, near Kitzbühel. Here, Simon Taxacher manages the former traditional "Rosengarten" hotel as an exclusive aparthotel with a modern "Alpine chic" design. With its focus on sustainability and its superb location amidst the mountains surrounding Kirchberg, the project is truly impressive.
In the alpine village of St. Johann im Pongau, the next project is already in the starting blocks: From December 2025, AlpenParks will take over an already established apartment building with 35 units, an indoor pool, a breakfast bistro, and immediate proximity to the Alpendorf mountain lifts. A perfect addition to the popular ski and hiking area in the heart of Ski amadé.

AlpenParks is also expanding its portfolio in Dienten am Hochkönig: There, an existing apartment building with 19 units is being acquired, offering guests high-quality alpine comfort in close proximity to the ski resorts. Further acquisitions in the alpine region are planned for 2026 – the AlpenParks family will thus continue to grow.
