With the start of ski operations on October 11, the Kitzsteinhorn will kick off the 2025/26 ski season. Fresh snowfall and persistently cool temperatures offer perfect conditions at over 2,500 meters.

On Saturday, November 8th and Sunday, November 9th, 2025, winter sports enthusiasts will have the opportunity to test the latest ski and snowboard models from leading brands such as Atomic, Blizzard, and Nitro for free. Test equipment will be available at the Alpincenter. This event offers the ideal opportunity to try out the highlights of the coming season directly on the glacier slopes and find the right equipment.
The season tickets are valid from 11 October 2025 and can be purchased at all cable car ticket offices and online at kitzsteinhorn.at/shop available at the pre-sale price.
