Vitus Winkler, Valeria Piccini, Laurent Trojer and Adi Bittermann – these culinary greats will make the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See the hotspot of the Falstaff Gourmet Ski Days, which will take place this year on three weekends in the Zell am See-Kaprun region.

The kick-off for this year's enjoyable ski days will be in the mountain restaurants and huts on the Schmittenhöhe – with five different events over four days.

On Thursday, 20 March 2025, Valeria Piccini will be training together with chef Raimund Knautz at the AreitLounge/AreitAlm at Ski & Dine The following day, on March 21st, the Berghotel Schmittenhöhe welcomes the award-winning bartender Laurent Trojer to Ski & Cocktails, who will prepare his award-winning cocktail creations. On the terrace of the Restaurant Franzl, a first-class Ski & Gourmet BBQ by grill world champion Adi Bittermann, while Vitus Winkler at Ski & Gourmet Herbal Brunch on March 23rd, combines the flavors of the Alps with avant-garde dishes at the Sonnkogel Restaurant. Wine lovers will also get their money's worth throughout the weekend: Ski, Wine & Taste From March 21 to 23, 2025, various huts on the Schmittenhöhe offer the opportunity to taste selected wines from Austria's best winemakers.
