With a guide towards the sun
All hikes during the snowshoe hiking weeks are accompanied by a guide who provides technical tips and tricks to make progress through knee-deep snow easier. This ensures you're well-prepared as you set off across the sunny plateaus of Weerberg, Kolsassberg, and Pillberg, heading towards the sun. All around you is a hush; nature is shrouded in a blanket of mist, and only the soft crunching of your boots breaks the silence. With every step, you become one with nature, feeling the crisp mountain air and the warming sun on your face. And at the end of the snowshoe hikes, a reward awaits – in the form of hot punch and mulled wine, or perhaps some alpacas eager to be petted. As a complement to the hiking, snowshoe yoga is offered on Thursday along the "Path of the Senses," as the winter tranquility of nature is ideal for harmonizing body and mind. The subsequent evening hike concludes with a cozy evening in a mountain hut, complete with live music.
