As an official partner of Ski Austria, Hisense is equipping the Academy with a 116-inch XXL screen and TVs in all rooms – thus strengthening youth ski racing with a comprehensive investment in young talent.

With the start of the winter season, the partnership between Hisense and Ski Austria sends a strong signal for the future of Austrian ski racing. As part of the collaboration, the Ski Austria Academy St. Christoph am Arlberg has been equipped with state-of-the-art TV technology – including an impressive 116-inch mini-LED screen that transforms the common room into a true World Cup arena. As an official partner of Ski Austria, Hisense is thus underscoring not only its technical expertise but also its long-term commitment to developing young talent.

„Skiing thrives on passion, precision, and technical perfection – values that also define our Hisense brand,“ emphasizes Andreas Kuzmits, Managing Director of Hisense Gorenje Austria. „We want to contribute to ensuring that young athletes find the best possible conditions – be it through state-of-the-art equipment in the Academy or through our support of young talent. For us, innovation and talent development are inextricably linked.“

Technology meets peak performance

In addition to promoting grassroots sports, Ski Austria acts as a high-performance organization and organizer of international World Cup events and major competitions. Hisense supports this mission as the official technology partner and is authorized to use the designation "Hisense – Official Ski Austria Partner" in its advertising – thus providing aspiring top athletes with state-of-the-art training and presentation opportunities. The Academy's rooms have also been equipped with high-quality Hisense TVs, offering optimal conditions for training, analysis, and recovery. The Ski Austria Academy St. Christoph is thrilled: The new technical equipment enables more intense excitement, more precise race analysis, and an inspiring environment for the next generation of Austrian ski stars.

High-tech with a passion for sport

Hisense's commitment to skiing is also based on strong support for young talent. Last season, the company was a reliable partner of the regional ski associations of Lower Austria, Upper Austria, and Salzburg. The partnership included five races of the HISENSE Lower Austria Children's Talent Cup, 17 events of the Upper Austria Junior Cup powered by HISENSE, and 22 FIS races held in Salzburg. Hisense will continue this support in the 2025/26 season and expand its involvement in youth racing at the national level with the SalzburgMilch Kids Cup – the only nationwide Austrian children's and school race series for young athletes between the ages of 8 and 16.

Austrian youth ski racing is a key pillar for the future of the sport. With its commitment, Hisense is sending a strong signal in support of young talent. The company provides financial and material support to create optimal training conditions and pave the way to the top.
