Flachau opens the new winter season on December 6th and 7th, 2025 with a brilliant program and a weekend full of action, party and hits for the perfect start to the ski season.
During the day, the legendary slopes of Flachau Winter Opening 2025 await, brimming with powder snow and offering plenty of fun on the slopes – in the evenings, the party continues with dancing and singing. Featuring musical stars like Andreas Gabalier, the Nockis, and DJ Ötzi, and legendary after-parties in the best venues in town.
For those who prefer a sporty rather than loud experience: Snow Space Salzburg and Flachau Tourism are launching the "Altitude Challenge" at the Winter Opening to benefit the "Licht ins Dunkel" (Light into Darkness) charity. Celebrities will be collecting vertical meters in the Flachau ski area, which will be automatically converted into donations. The total amount will be officially presented on December 6, 2025, at the Flachau Gutshof (manor house).
