The Hotel Hinteregger is located in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park, with the family-friendly "Gro\u00dfglockner Ski Resort Kals-Matrei" on the doorstep. With 18 ultra-modern cable cars and lifts that lead directly to the snow, this is one of the most beautiful ski areas in the Alps. It goes up to over 2,600 meters above sea level, 44.6 kilometers of varied slopes on the sunny side of the Hohe Tauern and no waiting times at the lifts - that's what makes winter sports fun. Add to that the breathtaking panoramic view of 60 three-thousand-meter peaks in the Glockner, Schober and Granatspitz groups and the valley run takes skiers directly to the gondola in Matrei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
